The Heart and Soul

My name is Cora Thomason, and my path has always been one of deep expansion — a lifelong journey of remembering the innate wisdom within and honoring the sacred connection between mind, body, and spirit.

From a young age, I was drawn to ancient mysticism and the radiant presence of Christ Consciousness — a divine frequency of unconditional love, unity, and embodied truth. Guided by spirit, I immersed myself in practices that awakened inner strength, discipline, and presence. Over the years, my devotion to personal evolution has taken many forms — from the intensity of martial arts to the gentleness of energetic healing, from scientific inquiry to the sacred spaces of ceremony.

I am a mother of four boys, and for the past 16 years, motherhood has been my greatest teacher. It initiated me into a deeper embodiment of love, capability, and intuition — unlocking powerful activations that continue to guide my work in the world.

For 15 years, I’ve trained as a mixed martial artist — refining my resilience and capacity to push beyond limitation. My background as a personal trainer and yoga instructor since 2016 further grounds my work in physical intelligence, while my academic foundation — a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Biology — allows me to bridge science with spirit in every session I offer.

My healing path has taken me into immersive ceremonial work with sacred plant medicines and indigenous wisdom keepers, where I was deeply awakened through direct experience. I have both participated in and led sacred entheogenic healing ceremonies, allowing me to hold space for transformation that is rooted in reverence, safety, and spiritual integrity. These encounters with spirit have expanded my understanding of healing as a multidimensional integration of energy, consciousness, and embodiment.

I am trained as a Reiki Master and Sound Healing Practitioner, and I specialize in working with quantum energy fields to support deep healing and energetic realignment. As a certified Synergistic Muscle Testing Practitioner, I help uncover the root causes of imbalance — restoring harmony in the physical body, emotional field, and energetic system.

At the heart of my work is a passion for helping others remember their wholeness. I believe we are meant to live vibrant, joyful, fully expressed lives — and it is my honor to hold space for those ready to release dis-ease, reconnect with their essence, and awaken to their full potential.

To further support the sacred nature of this work, I am also an ordained minister, devoted to walking in service of spirit, love, and the divine in all beings. Whether I’m guiding you through energy work, ceremony, or embodied mentorship, my mission is simple: to support your healing, your power, and your return to the truth of who you are — as a divine, sovereign, whole being.
