Learn how plants can be your allies in health and develop techniques that strengthen your intuition and ability to understand your body's stressors. This class offering will close with a restorative sound experience.

Tending to the Heart of Humanity

I think that I can say for most of us, that we have experienced some sort of heartache, grief, disappointment or pain amidst the journey of life. It’s time now as the human race, to lean into healing our hearts and learning new perspectives that aid us in living in harmony. Theobroma cacao, the source of chocolate known as cacao, is a plant that has been long used in different cultures as a heart healer and opener. I extend an invitation for you to come, step into this space with me and expand your energetic heart as we call upon the wisdom of this plant medicine to nourish all hearts of humanity. The space will be held tenderly with Usui Reiki and sound healing that incorporates the native flute, hide drum, and crystal sound bowls.
