Throughout the day, you’ll experience guided breathwork and meditation, nature play for children and the young-at-heart, creative expression through hands-on art activities, and delicious, nourishing meals made with love. The retreat also features a powerful indigenous sacred performance that honors the land and ancestral wisdom, as well as a vibrant market of local artisan vendors offering handcrafted goods and meaningful creations.
